e39 touring
Hi All
Does anyone know if there are many rust issues with the e39 touring 2001 model????
My one has a small rust bubble on the rear pillar drivers side about the size of a 5pright on the edge would be hey not easy area to fix. also quite afew small ones arround the tail gate especially arround the glass area opening .
apar tfrom that its not to sad at all

I had a 2000 model and I can say that mine didn't have any signs of rust but it does depend on what sort of life your car has had. It could be signs of an old accident damage or something as silly as a small amount of laquar lifted in a car wash allowing the weather in

Not had the car that long 6 months no accidents as far as i can see, but have a feeling that it might have been kept near the sea at some point in its life and outdoors neither very good
