Has your car been fully serviced with quality parts. Sounds daft but it is the first step :)
How about a remap?

No it is due a service yeah I'm going to after I have done few bits heard that the far power boost valves are good?

Hmmm. Sounds like a fuel pressure regulater replacement. Can you be more specific? "Power boost valves "?

Yeah that's what is it puts fuel through different pressure would this improve acceleration?

if you increase fuel pressure in the commen rail you will be able to squirt in more fuel in the same amount of time the injectors are open but unless the ECU knows this it will just end up running rich and maybe some bore wash, if the car has got a fuel pressure sensor then it should ajust but i think it would most likely just shorten the amount of time the injectors are open for.

Nooo. that's a bit of an e-bay/max power product I would think. More fuel is required if you are putting more air into the engine. But huge amounts of air. Fuel is no good without air to combust. The throttling point for fuel is the injectors anyway and you have to have some serious mods to change those. I am running over 400hp with standard fuel delivery. Rather than confuse your ECU, have it remapped instead. Make sure you use a reputable company. And dont have your rev limiter removed :)
Keep your car well serviced. Good plugs, clean filters etc.
A good point to remember is any product that claims massive amounts of HP increase for tiny money, is probably false.

Ok well I have ecu remap in mind any other ideas how to improve?

Not as much as turbo lol I just wanna get it up to bout 170 or 180 bhp it's bout 150 now?

If you want a constant reliable power increase and you have intake and exhaust sorted it may be worth looking into camshafts. Schrick being a very reputable company.

I had a look they are bout 1200 alot of money lol I read up u can get ur cams grinded is this true if so were?
