BMW fanatic! My first car was a 92 E36 316i Sedan, and since then I've been hooked. E36's have many faults but when they work......ooooooboy....is it fun!? Unlike "Top Gears" opinion....I believe that a real petrol head is a beemer owner....because there is no way that you can spend so much of your time and money on any other car to keep it going! :)

You could get yours effectively reconditioned for less than £80! I highly recommend this rather than replacement, I have used them and they are brilliant. If you go on the website it lists the common faults associated with injector problems and you seem to have most of them... it would be well worth a try! I will have the diagnostic tool with me on the night so no problem with checking your car again :-)

Was thinking about your problem.... it could be linked to your gearbox too. I'd get the oil levels right first then try and sort everything else out! You may find that once your gearbox is woking correctly that everything will be ok. Thats definitely what I would do! Let me know how you get on with it.

Hesitation and start-up issue!

It has been a while now I've been trying to fix this hesitation and start-up problem but with little success. Therefore I thought I'll write something about what I've done so far and thinking of doing in the future and maybe You good people could add your thoughts from own experience. Here I go!
