- Hi Mark, i thot i was doing the right thing and treating the car to a fresh oil& filter change, i would have been better doing the job myself, or just hanging off to the bmw service. i dont think they were totally clued up to be honest ! i wont ever go back to kwikfit again thats for sure ! i am sitting waiting on a call from them, and starting to foam at the mouth with anger. i wont be the first time if i have had to jump over a counter and put some prat in a head lock ! it was a 1-1 draw at the celtic v rangers old firm game. i will let you know how i get on later .
