- Im from East Sussex and am a body repair tech (panel beater/painter). I love cars and have owned a few bmw's....but I have a special affection for the 5 series!

- About my car:
- My daily driver was a 2002 E39 530i sport individual in Sepia Metallic..very rare colour..1 of 10 e39's worldwide..only one in the uk (according to BMW marketing) which is now sadly sold. Been replaced with an 83 525e in Arctic blue...also own a 1987 E28 M535i Manual in Lachs Silver which is my toy ;)

- Yeah I have used Gliptone before... I re-coloured the seats in my Porsche with one of their kits and it was bloody amazing when it was done, looked like brand new!
My interior is Grey and Silver I believe, its nice in 2 tone and nicer if it was clean and looking new! At least the seats aren't worn out, its just the colour that is a bit worn and dirty here and there... I guess its got to be added to the list now!

Thanks for the comment on the colour..... its not as rare as yours of course, but it does look nice and I love it.... its a matter of preference I guess? I just have to decide how far I go with the car if I decide to keep it now.... I guess the next thing I'd like to do if I do keep it is to get the leather refurbished.... a damn good clean would help I guess?!

- Hi mate, thanks for the add! Was thinking about sending you a message cos you may have noticed that I commented on your kick plates on your car to RK. I wondered why my car didn't have "Individual" kick plates seeing as it is most definately an Individual.... its not fair!! Do you know if they were fitted as standard? If so I'm going to go to BMW and demand a set.... bet I don't get very far! :-)
